Counselling can be a weekly space to just be, to stop and reflect on what you need and be heard without judgement.

How I can help

I am a qualified humanistic, integrative counsellor working with adults and adolescents. I have experience of working with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic shame and I have a special interest and experience in supporting individuals during pregnancy, early parenthood, baby loss and conception journeys.
